At Members of Leisure, we’re building a brand around one thing: the perfect oversized sleep tee. It’s the piece you reach for night after night, the one you end up wearing long past your morning coffee. The one you tuck into your sweatpants in the morning to take out the dog. We think something that essential deserves intention—so we’ve made it our focus.

From the beginning, we’ve been committed to doing things the right way. Our tees are made from natural fabrics like TENCEL™ that are soft, breathable, and more sustainable than traditional fibers. Every garment is hand-sewn in Los Angeles by skilled local artisans, produced in small batches under ethical working conditions. We uphold fair wages, prioritize transparency, and cut the noise of fast fashion in favor of something slower and more considered.

It took nearly a year of development to get our first tee just right—from fabric sourcing and fit testing to building relationships with our LA manufacturing team. We’re not interested in pumping out new products every month. We’re here to do one thing really well—and we’re just getting started.

At Members of Leisure, the vibe may be low-effort, but the work behind each piece is anything but. We’re proud to make sleepwear that’s better for you and better for the planet.

We're not claiming to have it all figured out—yet. We're constantly testing, tweaking, and improving based on how our pieces move, feel, and wear over time. Feedback is a huge part of our process, and we love hearing what works (and what doesn't) from the people actually living in our tees. We'll keep iterating until we get it exactly right.
